At Soie Chous, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to assist you with a seamless return process.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you keep the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@soiechous.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-Paid Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Free Returns for Defective Items: If the return is due to a defect in the product or an error in fulfilling your order, we will cover the cost of return shipping. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@soiechous.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will cover the return shipping costs for these cases.

Condition of Returns

Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been worn. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the original item and then make a separate purchase for the new item. Once your return is accepted, you can proceed with a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If you are located within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without a justification. Items must be in their original condition, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
