What is the quality of the silk used ?

We use Grade 6A, 22-Momme silk, known for its superior quality and luxurious feel. This type of silk is highly durable, resistant to fraying and fading, and provides a smooth and elegant finish.

How should I clean my scrunchies?

To keep your scrunchies in good condition, please follow these care guidelines:

  • Hand Wash: Gently hand wash the scrunchie with mild soap and cold water. Avoid using harsh detergents or bleach.
  • Machine Wash: Place the scrunchie in a mesh laundry bag and wash on a 30° cycle . Use a mild detergent designed for delicate fabrics​​. In addition, a maximum spin speed of 600 rpm is recommended.
  • Dry Flat: Lay the scrunchie flat on a clean towel to dry. Do not wring or twist it to remove excess water. Silk dries in just a few hours! 
  • Avoid Direct Sunlight: Dry the scrunchie in a shaded area to prevent discoloration and damage from UV rays.
  • No Ironing: Do not iron the scrunchie as high heat can damage the silk fibers.
  • Regular Cleaning: For optimal hygiene, clean your scrunchie regularly, especially after intense workouts or exposure to sweat.

OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 is a globally recognized certification system for textile products. It ensures that every component—including threads, buttons, and accessories—has been tested for harmful substances. Our certified products are safe for your health and the environment.

What is your shipping policy?

All SoieChous orders are carefully prepared in our Belgian studio within 1 to 3 business days. We currently ship to the following countries 🇧🇪 🇫🇷 🇩🇪 🇱🇺 🇳🇱.

 

We offer both home delivery and pickup point delivery (Mondial Relay or DPD). Shipping rates vary by destination and will be shown at checkout. 
 

Free shipping is available for orders over €60.

Estimated delivery times:

  • 🇧🇪 🇫🇷 🇩🇪 🇱🇺 🇳🇱: 1-4  business days

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email to follow your parcel’s journey.

  • 30-Day Returns: Return your Silk Smartwatch Band within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
  • Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging.
  • Easy Process: Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions on how to send your item back.
  • Refunds and Exchanges: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
